Junction Valley CWMU - Antlered hunts

The Junction Valley CWMU is located in Northwest Utah and consists of approximately 33,000 private acres.  It's a wildlife paradise. This beautiful ranch has breathtaking views with varied rolling hills, sagebrush flats, deep, pine-covered draws and peaks reaching above 8,800 feet. The CWMU was created in 2005 with 11 landowners who are committed to wildlife management on their private land.

As you research the unit for a possible hunt, we are happy to provide as much information as we can to help you make a comfortable decision.

Below are some answers to commonly asked questions

Property Access:  Access to the property is somewhat remote. We highly recommend the use of a Truck/UTV as some of the roads are two-track style roads with limited access.

Guest Policy: You can bring as many guests as you can fit in your vehicle/UTV/ATV. If you decide to bring a few friends or family, that’s great and we welcome this, but remember there can only be one Vehicle/ATV/UTV used by your group on the property during your hunt.

Can I scout the property: We have an annual meet and greet  morning  where we will meet you at the property and show you boundaries and answer questions.

Will I have access to the entire ranch during my hunt: On your hunt, you will have access to the entire ranch and we will provide as much information as we can to help you with your hunt.

Can I camp on the CWMU: There are several places to camp around the CWMU.  There are a few ranch houses that can be rented for those who would rather stay in a home vs tent/trailer.
