
Located in Northwest Utah, the Junction Valley Cooperative Wildlife Management Unit (CWMU) spans approximately 33,000 acres of private land. This wildlife haven offers stunning landscapes, including rolling hills, sagebrush flats, deep pine-covered draws, and peaks exceeding 8,800 feet. Established in 2005 by 11 landowners dedicated to wildlife management, the CWMU is a prime destination for hunters and outdoor enthusiasts.

Property Access
Some of the ranch is remote, and we strongly recommend using a truck, UTV, or ATV. Many roads are two-track and have limited access, so plan accordingly.
Guest Policy
You may bring as many guests as your vehicle, UTV, or ATV can accommodate. We welcome friends and family, but only one vehicle per group is permitted on the property during your hunt.
Scouting the Property
We host an annual meet-and-greet morning where we’ll guide you around the property, show you boundaries, and answer any questions.
Access During Your Hunt
You’ll have full access to the entire ranch during your hunt. We’ll provide detailed information to support a successful experience.
Camping Options
Several camping spots are available around the CWMU. For those preferring indoor accommodations, a few ranch houses are available for rent, offering an alternative to tents or trailers.
Public Land Note
The CWMU borders approximately 360 acres of public land, which serves as an identifiable boundary per state regulations. In exchange, the CWMU issues one additional public buck deer tag for the state draw every three years.
